Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs is mainly responsible for the promotion and enrollment of the school year, the administration of students’ enrollment status, the curriculum planning, and the Ministry of Education related project application, etc. In addition, the Language Diagnostic & Consulting Center, which belongs to the Academic Affairs Office, provides a wide variety of services to improve or enhance students’ language learning. First, different learning scales allow students to measure their own learning styles and strategies. Second, Dr. E-Learning, the first foreign language proficiency diagnostic and consulting system in Taiwan, serves students with various self-access learning programs helping students to solve their learning problems. In LDCC, not only can outstanding advisers and elite students be of help every day, but advanced facilities are also provided. Furthermore, the self-access learning zones are available to meet students’ needs, either in pairs, in groups, or individually. Also, tailor-made learning courses/workshops are offered to improve students’ language proficiency level.
