Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages and Tung Hua Book Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement at Tung Hua Bookstore in Taipei at 11:11 on January 11, 2022. Under the alliance, the two parties will engage in close cooperation on talent cultivation, teaching resource publication, and project promotion. They will also establish a Wenzao subdivision of extension education on the 6th and 7th floors of Tung Hua Bookstore, in striving to improve the quality of bilingual and Chinese language teaching and learning in Taiwan.
After the signing of the agreement, Wenzao and Tung Hua will establish offices for the promotion of Chinese / foreign language education and humanities / arts. They will work together to integrate various teaching resources to compile and publish publications of languages to fulfill their social responsibility by serving as a hub of education for humanities and languages both at home and abroad.
In addition to signing the agreement, the two parties have also launched the Perfection Public Welfare Online Lecture Series, which consists of 10 sessions. Experts from various fields will be invited to talk on scores of popular topics. Proceeds from the lectures will be used for public welfare purposes, such as tutorials for students in remote areas to express the humanistic care of Wenzao and Tung Hua.
